The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. They must research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, and qualify leads before handing them off to the closers of the sales team.
Can't be afraid of a NO answer, he/she needs to focus on chasing prospects identifying business opportunities everywhere, anytime.
Gotta be a hustler, a hunter, an ice breaker. Could be located anywhere. We are looking to reach all LATAM.
The major objective of the SDR profile is to get qualified meetings for the Sales Team, to achieve this goal the SDR needs to:
- Identify industries and tendencies for reach prospects.
- Create databases.
- Work together with the marketing team to create big impact messages to convert prospects.
- Testing different audiences.
- Qualify leads based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) of Axiacore.
- Investigation / Research.
- Sales funnel knowledge.
- Prospecting tools.
- Advanced Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Communication skills.
