Customer Success Associate

We are looking for a person with service skills, someone who ensures that the experience of our clients is the best possible and is always available to solve any incident or doubt that may arise, creating and maintaining relationships of trust. Additionally, you must coordinate with the project manager activities to support the work schedule of the development team.

With 1 year of experience in customer service, apply experience in call center and/or sales. With studies in systems or related and knowledge in technology.

Responsibilities

    • Address requests from system users, generating follow-up for the ticket.
    • Follow up on customer requests.
    • Library updates.
    • Go through the projects that are working correctly.
    • Operate registration programs generating weekly and monthly ticket reports on indicators.
    • Fix bugs in sentry.
    • Keep an eye on servers and level 1 errors 24/7.
