Responsibilities

• Review the requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and consistent with the client's expectations.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the software functions as intended and meets the client's requirements. This includes testing the software's functionality, performance, and security.
• Report any issues or defects found during testing and track them until resolved.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that issues are fixed promptly and to provide feedback on the quality of the code.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that changes to the software do not cause new issues or regressions in existing functionality.
• Participate in project planning to ensure testing is adequately included in the project timeline.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing and quality assurance trends and apply them to the project as appropriate.

Skills

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Good understanding of programming languages, databases, and operating systems.
• Strong attention to detail to identify even the most minor issues in the software.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to report issues and collaborate with the development team.
• Time management skills to ensure that testing is completed within the project timeline.
• Able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities and adjust their testing approach as needed.
• Focus on the customer and their needs, ensuring the software meets their requirements and expectations.
• 5+ years of QA experience
  
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
