We are a big family living to Monday to Friday at one office. But what makes us a family? Our values make us a family.

Here are our values that defined our culture at Axiacore:

• A job that doesn't feel like a job. Here at Axiacore everyone love their "jobs", and we build amazing projects together.
• A focus in craftsmanship: We deliver projects that make us feel proud, if it doesn't feel like that we need to do something about it.
• No jargon or buzzwords: We use simple terms that everyone understands, and we do the same thing with our clients. Our work speaks for itself, there's no need to dress it up.
  
• No assholes allowed: We operated in a climate of mutual respect. This goes not only for out team, but for our clients too.
  
• People over profits: Profits are important - they keep the lights on and give us long term security - but we'll not compromise the quality of our work or make ourselves miserable in pursuit of financial gain.
  
• Be honest, not perfect: We all make mistakes and have flaws, This isn't about making things wrong all the time, but accepting the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
