Changing old ways

Companies usually work hard to make money and make their customers happy, but what about the employees? are they happy? is really important how they feel?

Success must be a synonym of happiness but in the reality is not like that. Some companies could work better if their employees feel that they are important, but companies don’t realize it.

Making a survey is a good way to find out what is making people happy, what is not and what they’re thinking about their job, so they can solve the problem and make their companies a better place to work. The survey won't take too much time and it's results will make the difference between a normal company and a happy company which makes people feel like if they are in home.
