Review together, improve together.

Simple beats clever.
Value over vanity, maintenance over magic.

Say it simply.
Jargon hides thought, clarity reveals it.
One message, one paragraph, one point.

Kind truth over soft fog.
Speak to people, not about them.

If it is not shared, it did not happen.
Say your progress, silence kills.

Keep learning, apply fast, teach faster.
New skill in, better work out.

Listen fully before you answer.
Ask to understand, then act with intent.

Write it down, make it real.
Default to action, prove with data.
