A Sales Channel for Gyms
Bodytech, the largest Gym company in Colombia, multiplied its digital sales tenfold with our technology.

The Challenge

Gyms used to sell their services over the counter, in person. But, now people buy products and services on their phones, which is more convenient and save time. So, how can we build a digital experience to offer their products and services away from the counter?

The Solution

Lifting and squatting are pretty standard in a software developer lifestyle (not really), so we took our strategy team to watch and learn how the users wanted to buy the service and the things they like to customize. Next, our team went on and designed the UI/UX according to the user research and trends in the industry.

Integrating via APIs with their internal ERP was a big challenge. However, given the enormous amount of data from their customers, over three hundred thousand, we developed a robust backend platform that allowed us to manage the whole customer lifecycle.
