Food bank delivery operations often depend on fragmented communication, manual proof of delivery, and time-consuming follow-up across staff, drivers, and partner agencies. That creates visibility gaps, slows issue resolution, and makes it harder to confirm what was delivered, when it arrived, where it was received, and whether any shortages, damage, or quality issues occurred.
For an organization handling hundreds of deliveries per week, the challenge was to create a reliable system of record that improves accountability, reduces disputes, and provides leadership with clear operational insight into throughput, completion rates, backlog, and exception trends.

We designed and built a delivery assurance platform tailored to the operational reality of food distribution.
The platform centralizes order intake, driver assignment, and delivery monitoring in a single operations cockpit. Drivers authenticate by phone, access assigned deliveries, and complete each stop by capturing signatures, location data, and any delivery exceptions in real time.
Agency users can review completed orders and signed records without relying on paper trails or back-and-forth calls. The result is a more controlled and auditable delivery workflow that improves coordination, supports compliance and reporting, and helps the organization deliver food more reliably at scale.
