CEOAt Axiacore, we spend months figuring out our values. It's way easier if you do it for a new company, but we have been around for 16 years.
We came up with three values or principles we live by. One of them is "Act with intention".
For us, it is being present, in the zone, and focused. There's a lot of mindfulness about it, and we have multiple rituals at the company to help us get there. We work with computers and the Internet. It is very hard to keep your concentration and focus, but it is necessary to achieve outstanding results.
In a world of chaos and noise, bring focus. A laser will cut through the smoke.
