Copywriters have a unique challenge these days: every platform has their own character limit, layout, and writing rules. And, to make it even more challenging, platforms now hide important copy after a "read more" button.
CopyCount is a solution where copywriters can visualize how their copy will look in different formats and help them put key information before the "Read More."
Our challenge was to improve the user experience for this existing tool by redesigning the platform interface to make it even easier for copywriters crunched for time.
To offer an optimized user interface, we grouped the 16 different channels into four media types, where you can first select the preferred channel. With a new, modern design, we made sure the user experience was seamless and easy.
The tool has a dynamically updated character count, alerts if the text is too long, and helps you visualize what the final post will look like.
